Seretta lists tilt-up projects

Seretta Construction Inc. has been appointed as the concrete tilt-up contractor for the 35,000-square-foot Highland Oaks V office building in Tampa, Fla. for Duke Construction. Seretta's work includes foundations, slab on grade, tilt wall panels, and elevator pit. Seretta's portion of the project began April 2006 and is scheduled for completion next month.

Meanwhile, Seretta Construction Mid-Atlantic LLC has detailed four projects.

The Charlotte, N.C. organization was the concrete tilt-up contractor for Petco in Raleigh, N.C. for White-Spunner Construction Inc. Seretta's scope of work for the 16,892-square-foot retail building included foundations, slab on grade, tilt wall panels, dumpster pad and exterior concrete. The three-month project completed last month.

Seretta was also the concrete tilt-up contractor for the 66,000-square-foot Gander Mountain retail building in Farragut, Tenn. for Ryan Companies. Seretta poured foundations, slab on grade, tilt wall panels, ramps, sidewalks and paving, beginning in June and finishing last month.

They were also concrete tilt-up contractor for the 230,000-square-foot Empire Distribution Center multi-use facility, also located in Raleigh for Choate Construction. Seretta poured the foundations, slab on grade, tilt wall panels, stairs, exterior ramps and paving. Seretta's portion of the project began in July and will be completed next month.

Seretta Construction Mid-Atlantic LLC was also concrete tilt-up contractor for Gander Mountain located in Winchester, Va. for Ryan Companies. Work for the 58,000-square-foot retail building includes foundations, slab on grade, tilt wall panels, ramps, sidewalks and paving. Seretta began work on the project in July will finish it this month.
